In this role, you will enhance our organization’s reputation by leading the design and implementation of Sitecore solutions that align with both business requirements and technical specifications. Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Architecture. Lead the design and implementation of Sitecore-based solutions, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and business objectives.
2. Technical Leadership. Provide expert guidance in the development and architecture of Sitecore applications, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, performance optimization, and scalability.
3. Collaboration. Work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, offer technical guidance, and ensure seamless execution of projects.
4. Documentation. Develop and maintain detailed architectural documentation, design specifications, and deployment strategies to ensure smooth implementation and easy troubleshooting.
5. System Optimization. Continuously assess and recommend improvements to existing Sitecore implementations, enhancing performance, reliability, and user experience.
6. Mentorship. Offer technical leadership to development teams, promoting knowledge sharing, mentoring junior developers, and fostering skills development.
7. Troubleshooting. Resolve complex issues related to Sitecore and its underlying technologies, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing projects.
8. Code Reviews. Participate in code reviews, ensuring the team adheres to high coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Experience

• 12+ years of overall experience with Sitecore and .NET technologies.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Sitecore.
• Proven experience as a Sitecore Architect or in a similar senior role.

Certifications

• Sitecore Developer Certification (version 9.1 or higher) is mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
• Expertise in Sitecore Experience Manager (XM) and Sitecore version 10.1 or later.
• Familiarity with Sitecore-related modules (Sitecore CLI, Analytics, Profiling, Segmentation, Marketing Automation).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular is desirable.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure) and CI/CD practices.
