We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SharePoint Online Developer with hands-on experience in the SPARKnit tool. The ideal candidate will excel at developing reports, workflows, and forms in SharePoint while leveraging the latest Microsoft technologies like Power Automate, Power Apps, and SPFx. This role is perfect for an individual contributor who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering high-quality, support-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Customization

• Design and develop SharePoint Online solutions, including custom workflows, forms, and reports using the SPARKnit tool.
• Create and maintain SPFx (SharePoint Framework) web parts and extensions.
• Build and enhance Power Apps canvas apps and custom SharePoint forms.

Integration & Collaboration

• Integrate React.js, TypeScript, and Microsoft Graph API into SharePoint solutions.
• Develop and deploy Azure Functions to extend SharePoint capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile practices and maintain sprint artifacts in tools like Azure DevOps.

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write efficient, maintainable, and support-ready code.
• Follow industry standards and ensure solutions meet quality benchmarks.
• Assist the team by promoting best practices and setting coding standards.

Leadership & Problem-Solving

• Act as an individual contributor, taking ownership of SharePoint Online projects.
• Provide analytical insights and solve technical challenges effectively.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities by guiding the team and ensuring project success.

Required Skills and Experience

Core Technical Skills

• SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Proficiency in SPARKnit for developing SharePoint reports, workflows, and forms.
• Strong expertise in SPFx development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Apps canvas app development.
• Advanced knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Functions and C#, ASP.NET Core.
