Our client is seeking a skilled and certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist/Developer to lead and execute the implementation of the ServiceNow SAM Pro module for Celanese. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities from analyzing and resolving production issues to integrating and supporting ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Implement ServiceNow SAM Pro Module. Lead the deployment and configuration of the ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) module for Celanese, ensuring successful implementation and integration with existing systems.
2. Project Contribution. Actively contribute as a ServiceNow Implementor across projects of varying complexity, providing technical expertise and ensuring high-quality solutions.
3. Issue Resolution. Analyze and resolve production issues related to implemented ServiceNow solutions, maintaining system performance and reliability.
4. Integration. Develop and implement integrations using REST API or other standard integration platforms to connect ServiceNow with external systems.
5. Code Migration. Manage the migration of code across development, test, and production instances of ServiceNow, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
6. User Support. Provide ongoing support to end users, addressing queries and issues related to the implemented ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Certification. Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, with additional certifications in SAM Pro or Vendor Management Implementation Specialist preferred.
2. Experience. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, demonstrating hands-on expertise in implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions.
3. Technical Knowledge. Strong technical understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform capabilities.
4. Track Record. Proven success in working as a technical consultant on the ServiceNow platform, with a demonstrated ability to deliver effective and efficient solutions.
