What You Will Do

Network & IS/IT Infrastructure LCM

• Coordinate the live network and IS/IT medium- and long-term infrastructure evolution plans, aligned with Ericsson's strategy and demand forecasts.
• Support customers in making strategic decisions regarding infrastructure enhancements or additions.
• Validate and approve capacity and availability plans for the live network and IS/IT infrastructure.
• Drive innovation initiatives to introduce new or enhanced services based on network and IS/IT infrastructure insights.

Planning & Design Delivery Management

• Oversee end-to-end planning, design, engineering, and optimization activities on the live network and IS/IT infrastructure per service contracts.
• Manage delivery performance against contractual SLAs, establishing working-level agreements between engineering and IS/IT delivery units, and monitoring performance according to the governance model.
• Conduct governance meetings focused on engineering, optimization, and application development.

Special Project Planning & Design

• Assess capacity and performance for special projects.
• Develop business proposals and high-level/low-level designs for special projects.
• Create high-level and low-level infrastructure capability designs.

Customer Solution Design

• Support customer requirement analysis and solution design.
• Develop high-level designs for customer solutions.
• Provide third-level support for customer solutions.

Analytics, Automation Design & Modelling

• Lead the creation of business scenarios to drive outcomes through automation for existing and new services.
• Offer thought leadership on leveraging machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), and automation techniques to enhance service delivery using data analytics.
• Collaborate in brainstorming business scenarios with available data to identify applicable use cases.

You Will Bring

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in designing as an architect, with expertise in end-to-end technical architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, PySpark, UiPath, and analytics, with a strong focus on AI and ML.
• Experience with service and underpinning applications, infrastructure, and data analytics.
• Technical management skills throughout the service lifecycle, including roadmap planning, change/release management, demand and capacity management, and service evaluation to support customer experience.
