We are seeking an experienced Server Engineer to join our esteemed MNC client based in Navi Mumbai. As a Server Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Windows Server Administration

• Proficient in managing Windows Server environments.
• Deployment from VM templates and resource allocation in VMware.

Infrastructure Management

• Storage allocation using SAN technologies.
• Experience with Windows in-place OS upgrades.
• Expertise in server security patch management and vulnerability remediation.

Technical Expertise

• Skilled in event management and complex server infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in disk management, DFS, and NTFS permissions.
• Basic understanding of Linux environments.

Backup and Recovery

• Knowledge of backup and restore procedures to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of ITIL standards and best practices.
• Relevant technical certifications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Windows administration and VMware.
• Proven track record in managing server environments, preferably in an enterprise setting.
