As a Product Owner for the Anaplan platform, you will lead efforts to enhance our sales planning, quota, forecasting, and crediting processes. You'll work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Technical Program Management teams to ensure business requirements are met and drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Technology Priorities. Understand business needs and recommend systems and tools to enhance productivity while minimizing complexity.
- Data-Driven Prioritization. Evaluate and quantify business impacts to prioritize use cases, tasks, and enhancements effectively.
- Sales Planning Ownership. Define product requirements and drive the design and planning of features in Anaplan, partnering with Solution Architects and Model Builders.
- Voice of the Business. Communicate business, data, and user needs, identifying opportunities for optimization and standardization across sales processes.
- Collaborate Across Teams. Partner with Go-to-Market Enablement and Product Managers to ensure successful adoption and implementation of tools.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales strategy and operations or a related role.
- 2+ years in sales technology, including tools like Anaplan and Salesforce.
- 2+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) as a business partner or analyst.
- BA/BS degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Operations workflows (e.g., account planning, quota setting, forecasting).
- Direct experience with Anaplan and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience in media sales operations and transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
