Responsibilities

1. AI Model Development. Assist in designing and implementing AI models and algorithms to address real-world challenges.
2. Data Handling. Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to enable accurate model training.
3. Model Training and Evaluation. Train machine learning models and evaluate their performance to ensure they meet project requirements.
4. Research and Development. Contribute to R&D efforts by staying informed of the latest AI and machine learning advancements.
5. Code Reviews and Documentation. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and document AI models and processes thoroughly.
6. AI Deployment and Maintenance. Support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI applications to ensure optimal performance.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work with teams across the organization to integrate AI solutions into existing systems seamlessly.
8. Documentation and Reporting. Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and training materials related to AI projects.
9. Troubleshooting and Improvement. Assist in troubleshooting issues related to AI models and applications, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
2. Programming Proficiency. Strong foundation in Python, R, or Java, with advanced conceptual understanding of at least one programming language.
3. Machine Learning Knowledge. Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
4. Data Analysis Skills. Familiarity with data preprocessing, analysis techniques, and AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
5. Problem-Solving. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail.
6. Communication and Collaboration. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Version Control and Cloud Platforms. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
8. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Basic understanding of the SDLC and familiarity with project and production environments.
9. Advanced Technical Skills. Conceptual knowledge of one database and one operating system; ability to contribute to medium-to-complex tasks.
10. Design Principles. Awareness of design principles and ability to understand design specifications independently.
11. Testing and Issue Resolution. Ability to create and run test cases, respond to production issues, and coordinate with stakeholders.
12. Learning Agility. Eagerness to stay updated on AI trends and technologies.
13. Organizational Skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
