We are seeking experienced and motivated Senior Solutions Architects specializing in Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Kubernetes platforms. Ideal candidates should possess

1. Technical Expertise. Deep understanding and practical experience with PaaS and Kubernetes platforms, including OpenShift, PCF, Tanzu, Rancher, etc. Proficiency in designing, building, upgrading, and managing these platforms in both On-Premise and Public Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
2. Cloud Infrastructure. Hands-on experience in implementing Public Cloud Infrastructure architectures, encompassing both IaaS and PaaS services.
3. Cloud Native Services. Technical proficiency in designing, building, and managing Cloud Native PaaS services such as Web Apps, API Gateways, Event Hub, Serverless architectures, etc.
4. DevOps and CI/CD. Experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline creation and management, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Crossplane, etc. Deployment and maintenance experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Maven, Bamboo, Neuvector, JFrog, etc.
5. Additional Expertise. Familiarity with Reliability Engineering, Chaos Engineering, Agile methodologies, and strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture. Lead the execution of RFPs for global clients, providing architectural guidance to engineer, upgrade, and modernize platforms using next-generation technologies.
2. Platform Design. Propose architectures leveraging Docker, Containers, and PaaS technologies tailored to client needs.
3. End-to-End Solutioning. Design, build, and manage PaaS/Kubernetes/DevOps platforms, including effort estimation and operational planning.
4. Knowledge Sharing. Capture and disseminate best practices within the architect community.
5. Customer Engagement. Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Basic Qualifications

1. Education. MCA/B.Tech/BE/M.Tech from a recognized University/Institution.
2. Experience. Significant (8+ years) design, architecture, implementation, and management experience with Cloud-native and enterprise Kubernetes or PaaS platforms.
3. Track Record. Proven success in leading technical architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises.
4. Certifications. Public Cloud Architect Certification (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud) and Certification in Kubernetes or any of the PaaS Platforms (OpenShift/ICP/Pivotal/any other).

Desirable Skills

1. Cloud Migration. Knowledge of migration or modernization to Public Clouds would be advantageous.
2. Cloud Native Applications. Understanding of cloud-native application principles and practices.
