As an SAP Tester, you’ll be a part of our SAP S/4HANA program, collaborating with global teams to enhance the Siemens ERP architecture. You’ll play a key role in testing features across SAP modules like SD, MM, FICO, CRM, and TMS, contributing to the success of our product clusters. This role involves both manual and automated testing, using tools like CBTA in SAP Solution Manager, and you’ll support teams through the agile process, ensuring quality and efficiency in every project.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Testing. Conduct comprehensive testing for SAP S/4HANA features, focusing on modules like SD, MM, FICO, CRM, and TMS.
2. Test Automation. Utilize CBTA (SAP Solution Manager) and SAP Hybris testing tools to support automated testing processes.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Serve as the Single Point of Contact for Test Management, coordinating across teams and providing expert guidance on test approaches.
4. Agile Support. Work closely with development teams within scrum processes, organizing scrum sessions, and supporting agile methodologies.
5. Quality Assurance. Track KPIs, perform root cause and impact analysis, and contribute to a high standard of quality in every project.
6. Project Leadership. Help define delivery timelines, contribute to increment roadmaps, and ensure alignment with overall product goals.

What You Bring to the Role

1. Educational Background. Graduate degree in any discipline, or a comparable qualification.
2. SAP S/4HANA Knowledge. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA preferred, with minimum 2 years of experience as an SAP Tester.
3. Agile Experience. Prior experience in agile methodology preferred; certification is a plus but not required.
4. Business Process Insight. Understanding of finance, logistics, and other business processes to enhance project outcomes.
5. Global Teamwork. Experience working in international, multicultural environments; intercultural skills highly valued.
6. Strong Communication Skills. Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team setting.
