We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Manager with a strong focus on web technologies, particularly in building and leading high-performing development teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development, specifically with proficiency in React and Node.js, and will play a pivotal role in driving our enterprise-level eCommerce solutions.
Experience. 12 to 18 years
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development. Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative web applications using React and Node.js. Oversee the technical direction of projects to ensure best practices are followed.
- Team Management. Manage and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Inspire and motivate team members to reach their full potential and achieve project goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, communicating effectively to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Data Analytics. Leverage data analytics to enhance user experience and drive business outcomes. Collaborate with data teams to identify trends and insights that can inform product development and strategy.
- Project Management. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project workflows efficiently.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in React and Node.js for developing dynamic web applications.
- Solid understanding of Java and its application in enterprise solutions.
- Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-level eCommerce solutions.
Management Skills
- Proven experience in managing and leading software development teams, with a focus on motivating and inspiring team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and drive collaboration across departments.
Data Experience
- Familiarity with data analytics and its application in improving user experiences and driving business growth is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, a Master’s degree is preferred.
