As a Senior Software Engineer, you will tackle critical projects that push the boundaries of spatial computing and enterprise solutions. You’ll leverage your technical skills to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, while working on innovative solutions that drive Google Cloud's mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, test, and maintain product or system development code.
• Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select and implement the best technologies.
• Review and provide feedback on code developed by other engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices such as style guidelines, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
• Contribute to and update documentation and educational content based on changes to products or programs and user feedback.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues by examining the sources of problems and their impacts on hardware, networks, or service operations and quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in software development with one or more programming languages, and a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
• 1 year of experience in software design and architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.
