We are looking for skilled technical professionals to join our UI team in Noida. This role involves working closely with developers and engineering teams to ensure effective implementation of user interfaces for consumer applications. A major focus will be on delivering an exceptional user experience through continuous product evolution, usability improvements, and effective information presentation.

Responsibilities

1. Front-End Development. Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to implement application front-end based on design specifications.
2. Project Management. Plan, estimate project timelines, and report hours.
3. UI Development. Build user-facing UI for complex web applications.
4. Integration. Work with developers to integrate front-end applications with back-end systems.
5. Coding Standards. Adhere to best coding practices and standards, and optimize UI code, CSS, and JavaScript for performance.
6. Maintenance. Maintain, debug, and enhance code to ensure smooth functionality.
7. Cross-Browser Compatibility. Ensure HTML, CSS, and JavaScript function well across various browsers and platforms.
8. Team Contribution. Contribute to a culture of high code quality and work effectively within a team environment.
9. Feature Ownership. Take responsibility for new and diverse features, enhancing the organization's reputation.

What You’ll Need

• HTML5 & CSS3. Expertise in web/mobile projects with responsive UI.
• JavaScript. Advanced proficiency required.
• DOM Manipulation. Strong knowledge of DOM manipulation and event binding.
• Design Conversion. Ability to convert design specifications into HTML/CSS.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility. Experience managing UI issues related to cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
• Semantic Code. Ability to write semantic and W3C-compliant code.
• CSS Pre-Processor. Familiarity with CSS pre-processors (SCSS preferred).
• JavaScript Frameworks. Knowledge of frameworks/libraries (React preferred).
• Page Performance. Understanding of page performance optimization is a plus.
