As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Infobeans, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs. Your responsibilities will include.

1. Solution Architecture. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
2. Development and Customization. Utilize your expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integration with SOAP / REST APIs to deliver high-quality customizations and enhancements.
3. Integration and Data Management. Implement robust integration solutions to connect Salesforce with external systems using middleware tools and services. Ensure data integrity and efficient data management practices.
4. Technical Leadership. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce development methodologies.
5. Quality Assurance. Conduct thorough unit testing and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and scalability. Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines where applicable.
6. Lifecycle Management. Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects from initial concept through deployment and post-implementation support. Drive user adoption and training initiatives as needed.
7. Innovation and Best Practices. Stay abreast of Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

1. Technical Expertise. Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
2. Salesforce Certifications. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or equivalent certifications preferred.
3. Integration Skills. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP / REST APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.), and data migration tools (Data Loader, etc.).
4. Problem-solving Abilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and devise effective solutions in a timely manner.
5. Agile Methodologies. Experience working in Agile development environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams using tools such as Jira.
6. Communication and Collaboration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), Salesforce Mobile App development, and Salesforce DX.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Understanding of Salesforce administration tasks including configuration, workflows, approval processes, and data management.
• Experience in other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) or industry-specific clouds (Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, etc.).
