As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. Your expertise in Salesforce development, particularly in Lightning Web Components and integrations, will be essential in creating scalable and efficient solutions.

Pre-Requisites

• 6+ years of overall experience with at least 4 years of dedicated Salesforce (SFDC) experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce development projects.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integrations, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in these areas.
• Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Force.com development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce projects.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
• Customize and configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com applications to meet specific business needs.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I or II) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative features and customization options.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
