We are seeking a Senior SailPoint Developer to become our Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role is integral to our Identity Access Management (IAM) processes, focusing on the development, integration, deployment, and maintenance of the IdentityIQ system. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of various IT systems and enjoy collaborating across teams to enhance our IAM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration. Work closely with the global IT Security and Compliance Team to implement and enforce security standards across the organization.
- Solution Engineering. Design and engineer IAM solutions to ensure compliance with defined processes and security policies.
- SailPoint Development. Lead the design, development, and implementation of SailPoint IIQ 8.x, including.
- Connector configuration
- Custom rule development
- Workflow configuration and development
- Integration with third-party systems
- Feature Implementation. Implement self-service features, password management capabilities (Forgot Password, Change Password), provisioning features, and configure various roles and policies within SailPoint.
- Access Management. Manage access re-certification and both automatic and manual remediation processes for applications managed by SailPoint.
- Quality Assurance. Lead quality control activities by developing and executing test plans/scripts, addressing deviations or exceptions in newly developed IAM solutions.
Qualifications
- Education. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- Minimum of 7+ years in SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles.
- Experience with Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Automation (JML), RBAC, User/Role Provisioning, and Access Certification.
- Technical Skills. Proficiency in developing applications using:
- Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, PowerShell, and XML.
- Familiarity
- Working with multiple IAM technologies, including Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications.
- Integrating with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Remedy.
- Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong commitment to privacy and security obligations.
