Responsibilities

1. Design and Development. Lead the design, development, and testing of RPA workflows, ensuring robust automation solutions that meet business requirements.
2. Innovation Team Contribution. Serve as a core member of the innovation team, identifying complex business challenges and delivering automation-driven solutions to streamline processes.
3. Process Documentation and Implementation. Collaborate closely with business teams to capture and document process requirements, working alongside the engagement team to implement, test, and maintain automation artifacts.
4. Documentation Creation. Produce essential process documentation, including Detailed Solution Design (DSD), Master Test Plan (MTP), and High Business Overview (HBO) documents.
5. Automation Guidance. Provide expert guidance in process design from an automation standpoint, offering support from the initial design phase through to deployment.
6. Robot Maintenance and Stability. Oversee the ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and stability of RPA solutions to ensure seamless performance.
7. Project Leadership. Independently manage automation projects, coordinating actively with both business and technical teams for successful execution.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience driving RPA and automation projects, particularly with UiPath and Automation Anywhere.

Knowledge and Skills

1. Agile and Software Lifecycle. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software lifecycle management processes.
2. Programming Skills. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C, C++, C#, and VB.Net, along with experience in database management.
3. RPA Certification. Advanced Developer Certification in UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere RPA technologies.
4. Project Management Fundamentals. Strong understanding of project management basics to drive successful project delivery.
5. Emerging Technologies Enthusiast. Willingness to explore and adopt emerging technologies in automation and beyond.
6. RPA Development Expertise. Expert understanding of RPA development, deployment methodology, process optimization, and opportunity identification.

Technical Proficiency

• Deep knowledge of UiPath, C#.Net, or VB/VBA with SQL databases and PowerShell scripting (highly preferred).
• Familiarity with Power Automate & Power Apps (preferred).
• Strong skills in HTML, JavaScript, or other scripting languages, as well as building and managing dashboards.
• Additional Tools. Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and working with web services.
