We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team at EPAM. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in India, and we welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support. Lead the planning, creation, and execution of both manual and automated tests using various test automation tools.
- Test Management. Define and execute comprehensive test plans and cases while accurately reporting results.
- Bug Tracking. Write clear and concise bug tickets using defect tracking systems, ensuring effective communication of technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Development, Product Management, and Product Owners, to enhance product quality.
Requirements
- Experience. Minimum of 3+ years in QA automation, with a strong background in testing backend applications (REST API based .Net).
- Automation Skills. Proficient in writing automation scripts using Cypress or Selenium; ability to execute both automation and manual test cases.
- Agile Methodology. Experience working within Agile software development teams.
- Development Tools. Familiarity with IDEs such as Visual Studio or Rider, and experience with bug tracking systems like Azure DevOps.
- Performance Testing. Knowledge of performance and load testing methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Apache JMeter.
- Additional expertise in Azure DevOps, Cypress, and Selenium.
