Microsoft Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join its Cloud Supply Chain Transformation team. This role is pivotal to supporting Microsoft's explosive growth in its Cloud business by managing data quality and governance within the CSCP organization. As a Senior Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence, plan, execute, and report directly to the Supply Chain Executive leadership. This position requires a deep understanding of data analytics, supply chain processes, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze data related to CSCP assets' performance, including usage trends, gaps, and internal customer feedback.
- Develop common data solutions to meet all CSCP data needs.
- Manage the CSCP Data Quality and Governance roadmap.
- Collaborate with workstream stakeholders to streamline program intake and ensure alignment.
- Validate solutions to meet business needs, remove barriers to adoption, and realize outlined benefits.
- Present roadmaps, progress reports, and key issues in leadership forums.
- Communicate complex technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including supply chain business operations subject matter experts.
- Assist in coordinating with Data Governance PMs to create a holistic framework for data quality needs.
- Establish Connected and Common Data model frameworks, providing clear options for decision-making.
- Work closely with engineering leads and architects on consolidated engineering solutions for unified data quality and resolution management.
- Deep dive into business processes and technical details to synthesize information into clear visuals and documents.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related field AND 7+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis.
- OR Master's Degree in a related field AND 5+ years of experience in the above areas.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics with a focus on supply chain domain skills.
- 7+ years in data management, driving analytics product solutions for supply chain.
Preferred
- Understanding of cloud supply chain processes.
- Experience with ERP planning/management data across Master and Transactional Data modules.
- Proficiency in developing business intelligence tools like Pyspark and PowerBI.
- Experience with data ecosystems such as data lakes and data warehouses.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Curiosity and self-motivation in a changing environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in managing deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
