We are seeking a Senior Program Manager-Talent Development to join LinkedIn's Leadership Development team. This role is integral in enhancing the skills of our people managers and executives through impactful learning programs. The Sr. Program Manager will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences that align with LinkedIn's organizational goals and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Design & Delivery. Assist in the creation, development, and delivery of leadership development programs for people managers and senior executives across LinkedIn. Facilitate both in-person and virtual learning experiences, ensuring alignment with business and leadership objectives.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Talent Development (TD) teams, to deliver on business needs and ensure that leadership development initiatives drive measurable impact.
- Global Coordination & Rollout. Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure the consistent execution of leadership learning programs. Manage the creation and maintenance of global training resources and e-learning modules.
- Program Evaluation & Feedback. Conduct ongoing analyses and gather participant feedback to assess the effectiveness of learning programs. Recommend improvements to ensure continuous development and program enhancements.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that learning and development initiatives meet the needs of our people managers and executives. Maintain clear and regular communication throughout program lifecycles.
- Continuous Improvement. Stay up to date with the latest trends in leadership development and organizational learning to implement best practices and improvements in our programs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in learning & development, training, or instructional design in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in project management, particularly in coordinating and executing leadership development or training programs.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate both in-person and virtual learning programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Enablement, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering scalable, impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a distributed, global organization with a matrixed structure.
- A strong passion for leadership development, inclusive leadership, and adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with inclusive leadership practices and cultural humility.

Compensation. The compensation range for this role is $112,000 - $181,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, LinkedIn offers annual performance bonuses, stock options, and other benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and more.
