As a Senior Product Manager in the WEST team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our engineers building Office Online thrive and maintain high productivity levels. This position offers the opportunity to cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs and to drive product strategy from definition through rollout.

Responsibilities

1. Drive Business Impact. Track success criteria across multiple feature areas and identify long-term investment opportunities.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with teams to collect performance metrics, form hypotheses, and improve product development.
3. Roadmap Ownership. Manage the roadmap for multiple feature areas, collaborating on golden configurations and driving scenario walkthroughs.
4. Evaluate Tradeoffs. Prioritize investments in consultation with cross-functional partners to achieve success criteria.

Qualifications

• Education. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in product/service/project/program management or software development.
• Extensive experience in the software industry, specifically in product management or similar roles.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale projects with high collaboration and leadership.
• Technical Acumen. Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly understand complex technologies and architectures.

1. Communication Skills. Effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to articulate complex issues and solutions.
2. Project Management. Strong stakeholder and partner management experience, particularly with large-scale, cross-functional teams.
