Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager within the Release and Delivery Experience (RDX) team, you will focus on enhancing our release and decision-making platform for Microsoft 365 applications. Your role will involve collaborating across divisions to innovate and improve our delivery processes, ensuring that high-quality software reaches our customers efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engagement and Collaboration. Influence and build relationships with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and customer stakeholders, to gather feedback and align on product vision and strategy.
  2. Product Strategy Development. Define a compelling product roadmap and strategy that addresses customer needs while driving business impact. Communicate this vision clearly to the team and stakeholders.
  3. Performance Metrics. Establish and track success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of product initiatives and inform future decisions.
  4. Thought Leadership. Act as a key resource for product-related inquiries and challenges, providing insights and recommendations to senior management and team members.
  5. Resource Management. Advocate for necessary resources and priorities to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives across multiple teams and divisions.
  6. Continuous Improvement. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, leveraging customer feedback and data analytics to refine product offerings.

Qualifications

  1. Education. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in product management or software development.
  2. Experience. Proven track record in product/service/project management with a strong understanding of software development processes.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to drive consensus and alignment among stakeholders.

Additional Information

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Ireland.
  • This position requires passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
