Responsibilities
- Understand Customer Journeys. Deeply understand customer journeys in Jira, identifying key use cases to inform a solid roadmap of initiatives.
- Define and Drive Product Roadmaps. Work with other Product Managers to shape and communicate the roadmap to teams and leadership, setting a clear vision for product development.
- Conduct Research. Perform customer research, market research, and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and improve the roadmap.
- Analyze User Feedback. Gather feedback across channels to refine product decisions and elevate the user experience.
- Lead Product Development. Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards in collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Stakeholder Collaboration. Align product goals with business objectives by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decisions. Use data and analytics to track product performance, find areas for improvement, and drive decisions that support organizational goals.
- Cross-Functional Alignment. Ensure alignment of priorities and dependencies with other PMs and teams across Atlassian.
What We’re Looking For
- Product Management Experience. Proven experience in product management within a fast-growing software company.
- Prioritization Skills. Ability to weigh opportunities against customer and business needs, with clear communication on decision rationale.

Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years in product management
- A degree in computer science or a related field
