Responsibilities
- Conceptual Communication. Effectively convey design ideas, rationale, and the user-centered design process to stakeholders.
- Holistic Design Solutions. Create comprehensive design solutions that meet business, brand, and user requirements.
- Collaboration. Work closely with web developers and engineers to ensure successful implementation of final products.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design across the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing medium to large-scale projects independently or with limited support.
- Proven ability to influence and engage in cross-functional discussions.
- Demonstrated success in delivering design solutions for complex, unstructured problems.
- Experience coaching teams in effective application of design patterns.
- Strong communication skills for sharing ideas with the broader organization.
- Ability to navigate structured problems and manage ambiguity.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $120,000 - $195,000
