We are on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Senior Product Designer to shape the future of Cornerstone’s products. In this hybrid role based in our Pune office, you will play a crucial part in defining and executing the design vision for our next-generation solutions. As a designer at Cornerstone, you will be involved in crafting exceptional user experiences, driving design strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Solve User Problems. Define components, patterns, and design solutions that address user needs and enhance the product experience.
2. Drive Design Vision. Develop and articulate the design strategy for your product area, ensuring alignment with overall product goals.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with Product and Engineering teams, representing design perspectives and ensuring cohesive execution.
4. Quality Assurance. Oversee the final product execution, ensuring high standards of design quality and user experience.
5. Mentorship. Guide junior designers and engage in mutual learning with senior design leaders.
6. Mobile-First Design. Contribute to mobile-first design initiatives, shaping the future of Cornerstone’s products.

What You Should Have

1. Experience. 5+ years in product design for mobile and web platforms, with a solid track record as a senior individual contributor.
2. Portfolio. A standout portfolio demonstrating expertise in Typography, Interaction Design, Visual Design, and Ideation.
3. Collaboration. Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
4. Strategy Development. Experience partnering with Product Managers to define and execute feature strategies.
5. Prototyping Skills. Proficient in prototyping to explore and communicate design solutions.
6. User-Centered Design. Strong belief in and application of user-centered design principles.
7. Self-Sufficiency. Ability to independently troubleshoot technical and process-related issues.
8. Time Management. Excellent time management skills with experience in a time-sensitive development setting.
9. Communication. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
10. Portfolio Requirement. An online portfolio is required to accompany your resume/CV.
