Core Responsibilities

• Lead global compliance program rollouts, conduct compliance reviews, and oversee audits to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Drive business development initiatives, leveraging a robust network of industry CXOs (e.g., legal, compliance, HR heads).
• Manage large-scale projects independently, demonstrating exceptional client management skills.
• Effectively lead and coordinate geographically dispersed teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in compliance strategy and implementation.
• Analyze existing operations and technology to develop efficient, compliant processes that align with performance objectives and deliver sustainable value.

Core Competencies

• 9-14 years of experience in compliance program management, ideally within IT/ITeS or Technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of contract and compliance frameworks, with proven experience in implementation and review.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for building productive client relationships.
• Educational background in LLB, Company Secretary, Chartered Accountant; foreign law degree advantageous.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages a plus.
• Previous experience with Big 4 firms, Accenture, Protiviti, GT, TMF Global, or BDO preferred.
