Axtria, a global leader in life sciences and pharma-focused big data analytics, is seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end Quality Engineering (QE) for its product suite. Responsibilities
Strategic QE Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end QE activities for Axtria's suite of products.
• Author QE test strategies and ensure their successful execution for each release.
• Collaborate closely with development, product management, DevOps, support, and business teams to drive quality releases.

Automation and Technical Expertise

• Drive automation initiatives to achieve comprehensive coverage across the product suite.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, etc.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and experienced in performance, volume, and stress testing.

Risk Management and Issue Resolution

• Proactively manage risks and resolve issues that impact release scope, schedule, and quality.
• Work closely with product teams to understand the impacts of branches and code merges.
• Lead and coordinate release activities, ensuring smooth execution.
• Manage a team of SDETs, providing mentorship and support to address their challenges.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the QE team.

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of cloud services platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in databases and SQL queries.
• Experience in achieving comprehensive functional coverage of product suites.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey critical messages effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to navigate through organizational challenges independently.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive situations and avoid creating friction.
