• Position. Machine Learning Engineer
• Location. Noida, India

Responsibilities
As a key member of the Document Cloud team, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge PDF solutions that span web, mobile, desktop, and platform APIs. Your role will involve leveraging AI/ML, deep learning, and generative AI to process billions of PDFs monthly. Here's what you'll be doing:

Algorithm Development

• Create and refine algorithms using deep learning techniques and state-of-the-art methods in NLP and computer vision.
• Work on large, sophisticated codebases and develop innovative solutions by combining traditional approaches with modern AI methodologies.

Experimentation and Scaling

• Conduct experiments, design algorithms, and implement solutions that not only achieve high accuracy but are also engineered to scale efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in research and engineering, making necessary trade-offs to deliver AI/ML software solutions rapidly.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications.

• B.Tech in Computer Science (MS/PhD preferred).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in deep learning models, image processing, computer vision, and/or NLP.
• Proficiency in writing efficient, clean, and reusable Python code; knowledge of C++ is a plus.
• Broad experience in machine learning, covering data processing, modeling, metric analysis, and result interpretation.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Exposure to deep learning techniques, including CNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, network architecture, tuning, transfer learning, and multi-task learning.
• Proven ability to build solutions from scratch and write maintainable code within large existing codebases.
• Strong software development skills, promoting code reuse among engineers and researchers.
