Job Description

LinkedIn is seeking a talented Senior Leadership Development Program Manager to join our Leadership Development Team. In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various learning and development programs that support people manager and executive development. The position offers both hybrid and remote work options, allowing you to work from home or commute to the office based on team needs. This position will play a vital role in enhancing the leadership skills of LinkedIn’s people managers and executive team, ensuring that development programs align with broader organizational goals.

As part of a fast-paced environment, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning experiences that drive results. You will be instrumental in improving the development programs to meet the dynamic needs of LinkedIn’s leadership, fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and Deliver Learning Programs. Assist in the design, development, and delivery of leadership development programs for people managers and senior executives.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams. Work closely with functional TD partners to ensure business needs are met and collaborate globally to ensure consistency in learning offerings.
  3. Facilitate Learning Experiences. Regularly facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions for people managers, senior leaders, and other employees within the North American region (NAMER).
  4. Learning Resource Management. Support the creation and maintenance of training materials, e-learning modules, and other learning resources for the development programs.
  5. Conduct Data Analysis. Analyze program data and gather feedback to assess the impact of learning experiences, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  6. Stakeholder Management. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support ongoing learning initiatives and improvements.
  7. Apply Best Practices. Implement best practices and process improvements globally to ensure programs are effective, inclusive, and continuously evolving.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Project management experience, including successfully executing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Facilitation skills with experience in leading both in-person and virtual learning experiences and programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Enablement, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and feedback to inform decisions and improve program effectiveness.
  • Experience working in a distributed, global organization in a matrixed environment.
  • Understanding of inclusive leadership practices and cultural humility.

  • Competitive salary ranges from $112,000 to $181,000 per year, based on your experience and location.
