Responsibilities

  • Support strategic testing, including business self-testing and control testing
  • Proactively identify issues and control deficiencies, and implement mitigating actions
  • Deliver periodic and adhoc reporting to support management's awareness and response to control improvements
  • Ensure compliance with operational risk governance and standards
  • Partner with key control teams to promote a well-controlled environment
  • Maintain internal control and operational risk competency through ongoing training
  • Analyze business risks and exposures, providing recommendations for improvement

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in internal control/operational risk
  • Advanced knowledge of computer software programs and tools
  • In-depth knowledge of GCS business portfolio (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of report building and metric reporting
  • Familiarity with platforms such as MS Office Suite
