Responsibilities
- Support strategic testing, including business self-testing and control testing
- Proactively identify issues and control deficiencies, and implement mitigating actions
- Deliver periodic and adhoc reporting to support management's awareness and response to control improvements
- Ensure compliance with operational risk governance and standards
- Partner with key control teams to promote a well-controlled environment
- Maintain internal control and operational risk competency through ongoing training
- Analyze business risks and exposures, providing recommendations for improvement

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in internal control/operational risk
- Advanced knowledge of computer software programs and tools
- In-depth knowledge of GCS business portfolio (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of report building and metric reporting
- Familiarity with platforms such as MS Office Suite
