We are currently seeking a Senior JavaScript Test Automation Engineer to join our remote team. As a Senior JS Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of web services, as well as contributing to the overall quality of software development. 

Responsibilities

1. Sprint Testing & Regression. Conducting in-sprint testing and regression testing of web services, ensuring all integrations with other components function smoothly.
2. Test Automation. Writing and maintaining automated test scripts using JavaScript to improve test coverage and efficiency.
3. Bug Reporting & Collaboration. Identifying and documenting defects, reporting them to development teams, and working closely with Business Analysts to refine requirements.
4. Release Support. Assisting with the release process by preparing for Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and attending them as needed.
5. User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Supporting stakeholders in conducting UAT and ensuring all business requirements are met.
6. End-to-End (E2E) Test Automation. Providing input into automating end-to-end test scenarios to improve software reliability and streamline deployment processes.
7. Production Support. Triaging and resolving production issues reported by users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements

1. Experience. A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in test automation and web services testing.
2. Technical Expertise. Strong background in JavaScript-based test automation tools and frameworks. Experience with Python, TypeScript, REST APIs, and Synthetic Event Messaging is a plus.
3. Virtual Work Environment. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, collaborating with globally distributed teams.
4. Communication Skills. Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is preferred, along with the ability to clearly articulate technical details and testing strategies.
5. Stakeholder Management. Proven ability to interact with developers, business analysts, and other key stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.
