Job Description

As a Senior Infrastructure Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive technology solutions that meet the needs of medium to large business opportunities. Your expertise will guide clients in optimizing their application and infrastructure strategies, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design innovative technology solutions that support business applications and infrastructure needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client discussions regarding solution architecture.
  • Represent solutions in conversations with leadership, sales teams, and functional owners.
  • Work with the sales team and subject matter experts to communicate solution benefits and ensure delivery commitments.
  • Participate in the sales process, providing insights on technology standards and best practices.
  • Promote adherence to legal and commercial standards in solution design.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and optimize contractual terms and conditions.
  • Lead client workshops to identify pain points and co-create solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to foster strong relationships and drive alignment.
  • Travel may be required based on client needs and business demands, potentially ranging from 0% to 100%.

Qualification

  • Minimum of 8 years in a technology environment with a focus on end-user services, network, tooling & automation, or service management.
  • At least 5 years in solution planning and deal shaping.
  • 5 years of software engineering experience with expertise in current technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in systems integration or application development.
  • Strong ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the application and infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Exposure to client-facing solutioning sessions and co-creation efforts.
