Productivity Services is part of Digital Workplace. Our global team focuses on providing architectural and engineering services for S&P Global’s desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, and mobile devices.
Responsibilities And Impact
- Provide engineering support to our outsource partner, both reactively for complex requests and issues and proactively for projects.
- Ensure product engineering and lifecycle processes are followed.
- Ensure enterprise standards, goals, and compliance are maintained and adhered to.
- Act as an SME on infrastructure projects.
- Oversee and help drive the implementation of key enterprise initiatives related to workplace productivity technologies.
- Interact with key business IT and stakeholders to proactively identify business problems and opportunities that can be addressed with innovative technology solutions.
- Work collaboratively with other members of Workplace Services to influence future technology decisions.
- Assist with the implementation and upgrades of the above technologies to enable business value and adoption.
- Provide input on IT Strategy, operations, and innovations as related to infrastructure technologies.
- Help drive enhanced workplace productivity service capabilities to increase user productivity as an industry differentiator.
What We’re Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh operating systems.
- Experience with SCCM, OS Deployment, and Automation.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technology.
- Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies such as Office 365 and Intune.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
