Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for enhancing end-user experiences and a strong background in Single Sign-On (SSO) services and active directory management. You’ll play a crucial role in developing automated solutions and improving complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead SSO Services. Design, develop, and implement Single Sign-On services for our workforce and products.
  2. Service Management. Assess, triage, and resolve issues related to degraded SSO services.
  3. Automation Development. Develop scripts and automated functions for provisioning SSO integrations.
  4. Risk Assessment. Evaluate business impact and recommend improvements based on the level of access granted.
  5. Application Integration. Integrate applications into SSO using methods such as SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
  6. Education & Support. Train operations teams to identify and triage root causes when service degradations occur.
  7. Stay Informed. Keep abreast of emerging threats and new capabilities that might disrupt or enhance business operations.

Qualifications

  1. Experience. 3+ years in Single Sign-On services, preferably with platforms like Okta, Auth0, Ping, or Azure Entra.
  2. Protocols Knowledge. Deep understanding of SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
  3. Directory Services. Experience administering Windows and Azure Active Directory services.
  4. Design Expertise. Proven ability to assess requirements and propose best practice designs that integrate with complex applications.
  5. Programming Skills. Proficient in Python and familiar with automation and orchestration tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  6. Problem-Solving. Strong skills in assessing and resolving user or application degradations effectively.
  7. Communication Skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities across various levels of the organization.
