As a Senior GenAI Application Lead at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions for clients across diverse industries. Your work will focus on solving complex business challenges by formulating practical, efficient, and scalable AI-driven solutions, integrating advanced technologies like Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build AI applications tailored to business needs. Leverage machine learning models, AI services, and advanced techniques to address unique challenges across industries.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and create effective AI-driven solutions. Ensure smooth deployment and integration into existing systems.
• Develop system specifications, create test plans, and oversee the execution of testing and validation to ensure the highest standards in delivering AI solutions.
• Lead the deployment of trained models into production environments, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and optimized. Provide ongoing support for maintaining system performance.
• Use advanced AI techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, driving innovation and data-driven decision-making.
• Take charge of designing and deploying Conversational AI applications, including chatbots, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and related technologies.
• Work closely with clients to define their needs and craft AI solutions that drive their business objectives and growth.

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 years of full-time experience in Data Analysis, Statistics, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning or deep learning engineering and/or demonstrated proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Natural Language Generation (NLG).
• 5+ years of experience working with AI/ML cognitive services provided by at least one major cloud service provider (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
• 1+ year experience building Conversational AI applications with cloud-based services, including orchestrating AI/ML services into cohesive, integrated solutions.

Skills

• Expertise in applying machine learning and deep learning algorithms to real-world challenges.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML services.
• Ability to build scalable, efficient solutions and integrate them into production environments.
• Familiarity with Conversational AI and chatbot technologies.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (minimum 12 years work experience). If holding an Associate’s Degree, a minimum of 6 years work experience is required.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and chatbot technologies.
• Proficiency in AI technologies beyond NLP, such as computer vision, or advanced data analysis techniques.
• Experience with large-scale data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
