We are looking for a Senior GenAI Application Lead to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing AI-driven applications. As part of our cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning team, you will work on complex GenAI projects that require deep expertise in AI, machine learning (ML), and data analysis. Your work will not only drive innovation but also help clients across industries redefine how they operate, communicate, and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for clients, focusing on scalability, innovation, and seamless integration with existing systems.
• Lead the design and development of AI applications, utilizing cutting-edge machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), and data analytics techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and transform them into AI-powered solutions that drive measurable impact.
• Oversee the integration of AI and ML models into production environments, ensuring performance optimization and reliability.
• Utilize advanced AI/ML techniques, such as deep learning, NLP, and computer vision, to extract insights from large datasets and solve complex business problems.
• Ensure that AI solutions are built with scalability, flexibility, and security in mind, integrating seamlessly into the client's broader IT ecosystem.
• Engage with clients to define project goals, understand their unique challenges, and guide them through the journey of adopting and implementing AI solutions.
• Conduct AI solution workshops and presentations, educating clients on the value proposition of Generative AI and how it can transform their operations.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and be a trusted advisor, ensuring successful project delivery and long-term value creation.
• Lead a team of AI/ML professionals, guiding them in developing innovative solutions and ensuring the highest technical standards.
• Share knowledge and best practices within Accenture's AI community, mentoring junior team members and contributing to the evolution of Accenture’s AI practices.
• Drive the continuous improvement of AI capabilities within the organization, ensuring that Accenture remains at the forefront of AI innovation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and Machine Learning and explore new technologies and methodologies that can be applied to client projects.
• Contribute to thought leadership in the AI space, publishing insights and representing Accenture at industry events and conferences.

What You Need

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Statistics, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning (ML) or Deep Learning Engineering with proficiency in at least one of the following: Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Generation (NLG), or Conversational AI.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud-based AI/ML services from at least one of the major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in building Conversational AI applications and integrating AI/ML services into comprehensive solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years work experience, including 6 years for those with an Associate's Degree).

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and chatbot technologies.
• Exposure to AI ethics and governance frameworks and the ability to design AI solutions with ethical considerations in mind.
• Advanced degree (Master’s, Ph.D.) in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
