Job Description. Senior Dotnet Developer at PrismHR

About PrismHR
PrismHR, a leading US-based product company in the HR domain, has been a key player since its establishment in 1985. Serving approximately 80-85,000 customers, including prestigious entities like the US Army, Fox Studios, Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, and ABN Networks, PrismHR specializes in delivering Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions in the HR domain.

Responsibilities

  1. Full Stack Development. Demonstrate strong hands-on skills in web-based applications using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, and jQuery. Experience with Dotnet Core, Angular, Microservices, or cloud technologies is a plus.
  2. Database Management. Proficiently handled SQL Server 2008/2012/2016, with expertise in query analysis, optimization, and transaction handling. Design databases using leading platforms such as MS SQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
  3. Collaborative Development. Work closely with UI/UX designers, full-stack engineers, data engineers, and cloud engineers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience in developing applications using .NET core, Node.js, or Bootstrap is highly desirable.
  4. Architectural Expertise. Contribute to the development of scalable solutions by utilizing service-oriented architecture and exposure to microservices architecture and design patterns.
  5. Algorithm Development. Construct complex search and processing algorithms for applications dealing with extensive data and high transaction volumes.
  6. Cloud Solutions. Demonstrate exposure to leading cloud hosting platforms (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud) and possess practical ideas for designing solutions that optimize resource usage.

Qualifications

  1. Industry Experience. A minimum of 4 to 14 years of industry experience, with significant time spent on relevant projects.
  2. Version Control. Familiarity with at least one or more source control tools like Github or Subversion (SVN).
  3. Agile Methodology. Exposure and practical working experience with Agile methodology.
  4. Flexibility. Ability to work some overlapping hours with the US-based teams, including afternoon shifts (1 PM – 10 PM) a couple of days a week. Regular shifts will either be 10 AM – 7 PM or 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM.
