As a Senior Software/DevOps Engineer, you'll lead the release, deployment, automation, and integration processes of our rapidly expanding service within BAP. You'll collaborate across functional teams to ensure a world-class service experience for hundreds of thousands of Project Operations customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and product managers to deliver the service globally on a monthly basis, including specialized environments like GCC and Mooncake.
• Develop and execute a strategy for building and managing a fully automated CI/CD pipeline, involving collaboration with internal and external teams and API integration.
• Provide technical guidance to senior leadership on evolving development toolsets to enhance developer efficiency, including creating new tools and scripts.
• Enhance telemetry and monitoring systems to proactively detect issues in livesite, and develop PowerBI reports to identify trends for issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on various DevOps facets across the product group.
• Take ownership of security, privacy, and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to S360 compliance standards.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience, with proficiency in coding languages like C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles.
• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise software, including understanding of change management, privacy, security, compliance, GDPR, and serviceability.

Preferred

• Experience with Service Fabric deployment infrastructure.
• Proficiency in building complex reports with PowerBI and working knowledge of Power Query.
• Understanding of Kubernetes/DevContainer.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or other CRM software.
• Knowledge of microservices principles.
