As a Senior Data Architect, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming this process. You’ll help manage the integration of our Cornerstone and Qualtrics platforms to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting. Working closely with product and process owners, you’ll build a robust data architecture, ensuring accuracy and quality through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with application teams to define business needs and optimize data processes.
• Design and implement data models that streamline data processing and support consistent metrics.
• Enable big data and real-time analytics through Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
• Drive development of automated tools to improve data quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Work with Qualtrics and internal teams to prioritize, develop, and test data for various Voice of the Customer use cases.
