Job Description

As a member of the MIS and Analytics team, you will contribute to the Monitoring Transformation and Automation initiatives led by the Control Management Organization for GSG. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around designing and implementing automated solutions to enhance risk-based testing and key risk indicators (KRIs) for various GSG processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Control Management Organization and GSG teams to develop and execute Monitoring Transformation solutions.
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to create automated solutions leveraging data from diverse sources.
  • Lead end-to-end ownership of KRI definition, implementation, and refinement using an agile framework.
  • Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and swiftly implement refinements based on feedback.
  • Develop advanced MIS and reporting capabilities to enable business user self-service with minimal manual intervention.
  • Identify and address out-of-pattern activities through timely insights, alerts, and refinement solutions.
  • Foster effective collaboration across multiple time zones and regions within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field; Post-graduate degree is advantageous.
  • 3+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in Quantitative Business Analysis/Data Science.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Hive, BigQuery, SQL, Python, and PySpark.
  • Strong understanding of Big Data ecosystems and familiarity with Statistical Packages, NLP, and Machine Learning.
  • Experience with BI, reporting, and workflow tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc. is preferred.
  • Excellent data presentation and visualization skills.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
