Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our Customer Service Team. This role is pivotal in analyzing and improving customer service performance through actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Analysis and Insights. Translate complex analysis and metrics into actionable insights to enhance customer service performance.
  2. Data-driven Storytelling. Effectively communicate findings through compelling data storytelling to influence decision-making, including presentations to C-suite stakeholders.
  3. Dashboard Creation and Visualization. Develop and deliver insightful dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
  4. Project Leadership. Lead insights projects, experiments, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the customer service experience.
  5. Advanced Analytics. Utilize advanced statistical techniques (e.g., linear regression, multivariate analysis) and tools (Python, R, SAS) to perform sophisticated data modeling and testing.
  6. Collaboration and Communication. Work closely with cross-functional teams and operational leaders to provide actionable recommendations and drive measurable improvements.
  7. Technical Skills. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from multiple databases and data warehousing concepts.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence environments.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and experience with visualization tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience in e-commerce analytics or analytical transformation.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics, experimental design, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Background in Customer Service analytics.
  • Familiarity with AWS services and Amazon QuickSight.
