As a Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst at Emirates, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with EU-GDPR, UK DPA, and PCI-DSS standards. Your expertise in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance will drive risk assessments, compliance reviews, and vulnerability assessments. You'll collaborate with various business units to collect evidence, communicate compliance status, and streamline processes to enhance overall cybersecurity resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess risks and conduct root cause analysis to recommend and implement new features for compliance.
• Manage implementation of new compliance requirements and oversee evidence-collection activities.
• Coordinate with business units and stakeholders to validate evidence and ensure compliance.
• Continuously improve evidence-collection procedures and communicate compliance requirements effectively.
• Liaise with assessors and adjust compliance programs as necessary.
• Collaborate with company and vendor subject matter experts to meet program requirements.
• Ensure alignment of compliance needs with other cybersecurity departments.
• Challenge and validate assessment decisions from internal and external partners/vendors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in a relevant IT field with 5+ years of experience.
• ISA certification/designation, PCIP or QPASP certification, and/or Certified IAPP/CIPP.
• Extensive experience managing or assessing PCI DSS programs.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in information security, audit, compliance, or risk management.
• Preferred experience in a Level-1 Merchant or significant global business.

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient understanding of UK and EU data protection legislation (DPA and GDPR).
• Experience with data discovery, data flow mapping, and data quality techniques.
• Strong grasp of business risk management, IT audit, and information security management systems.
