This role involves writing reusable libraries, participating in design meetings, implementing coding standards, and serving as a mentor to other developers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reusable libraries and components for the R&D team.
• Actively participate in design meetings, influencing outcomes with your insights.
• Establish and enforce coding guidelines and software design paradigms.
• Collaborate on projects across the technology stack, engaging with various technologies.
• Serve as a knowledge resource for team members, offering advice, reviews, and training.
• Interact directly with developers and technical leads to ensure alignment and success.

Expected Skills and Experience

• At least 11+ years of application development experience.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET, with a solid understanding of software design and architecture.
• Ability to write clean, scalable code and design effective software solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based systems and application development best practices.
• Experience mentoring and guiding team members.
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• A background in fintech or regulatory technology is desirable, with leadership experience being a plus.
