As a Senior Azure ACE Engineer, you will be the primary engineering contact for Azure customers, responsible for enhancing their support experience and resolving complex technical challenges. You will work closely with Customer Success Account Managers, Cloud Solution Architects, and Azure engineering teams to deliver world-class support and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize engineering tools and customer telemetry to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Synthesize customer feedback to improve products and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Conduct health checks and provide guidance on optimizing customer environments for Azure deployment.
- Handle escalations and perform root cause analysis to convert issues into opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging feedback to inform product and business planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize resolutions of high-impact customer issues.
- Lead initiatives to translate customer insights into actionable trends for product development.
- Engage with stakeholders to improve customer health engagement and reduce response times.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in IT, supporting and troubleshooting enterprise-level applications.
- Minimum of 2 years of cloud experience.
- Excellent ability to empathize with customers and convey technical information clearly.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Technical Skills
- Understanding of cloud computing technologies, with hands-on experience in areas such as:
- Core IaaS. Compute, Storage, Networking, High Availability
- Data Platforms. SQL Server, Azure SQL DB, Azure Data Factory
- Azure PaaS Services. Redis Cache, IoT Suite, Event Hub
- Identity and Authentication. AD/Azure AD
- Familiarity with automation languages (PowerShell, Python, C#) is a plus.
