EPAM is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Senior Automation Tester with a strong background in Java to join our global team. As a key player, you'll contribute to technical enhancements of our test framework, tackle complex tasks, and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Enhancement. Participate in technical improvements of the test framework.
2. Process Improvement. Handle challenging tasks and identify opportunities for process improvements.
3. Test Design and Execution. Design, code, support, and execute automated test scripts.
4. Result Analysis. Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective actions.
5. Team Collaboration. Consult with manual and automation testing teams and contribute to Scrum meetings (grooming, dailies, demo, retrospective).
6. Product Mindset. Exhibit a product-centric approach, striving for excellence in delivery and thinking in terms of product development.

Required Qualifications

1. Experience. 3+ years in Automation Testing with Java.
2. Java Knowledge. Proficient in Java 8 Core.
3. BDD and Cucumber. Understanding of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and experience with Cucumber.
4. Testing Tools. Experience with Selenide.
5. UI Testing. Knowledge of UI testing sets (PO, xpath/css, etc.).
6. Agile Methodologies. Understanding of Agile methodologies and the product lifecycle.
7. Version Control. Familiarity with Git.
8. CI/CD. Experience with Jenkins and an understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment concepts.
9. Communication. Proactive in communications and process improvement discussions.
