Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience as a QA with a focus on ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow testing and ATF (Automated Test Framework).
• Proficiency with at least one test tool.
• Development and maintenance of testing standards and procedures.
• Comprehensive documentation skills related to ATF scripts, test cases, and results.
• Understanding of ServiceNow testing tools in the software development lifecycle.
• Expertise in IT service management modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request management, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and web services.
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (change, release, & deployment processes).
• Mandatory ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ATF scripts to automate testing procedures for ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design comprehensive test cases for ServiceNow features.
• Execute ATF test suites, document results, and manage defect resolution with developers.
• Adapt test cases following application changes.
• Ensure ServiceNow configurations adhere to best practices and security protocols.
• Conduct training sessions on ATF scripting and testing best practices.
• Experience in Service Portal development and product evaluation.
• Integration experience with infrastructure monitoring solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Micro-certification on ATF is preferred.
• ITIL Foundation V3/V4 and ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.
