Job Description

Infosys BPM is looking for a Senior Associate Lead in Talent Acquisition (TA) to join its team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring for leadership roles and will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs, particularly for senior-level and leadership positions.

As an individual contributor, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for the organization. This position requires an individual with strong recruitment experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy. Lead recruitment efforts for leadership positions across various business units, developing and implementing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  2. Stakeholder Management. Collaborate with senior leaders and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, talent requirements, and organizational goals.
  3. End-to-End Recruitment. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and the hiring team.
  4. Leadership Role Hiring. Focus on recruiting for senior leadership positions, including executive roles, helping build leadership teams for various departments.
  5. Talent Sourcing. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, and job boards, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for leadership roles.
  6. Candidate Engagement. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication, providing feedback, and guiding them through the hiring process.
  7. Market Intelligence. Stay updated on the latest hiring trends and compensation benchmarks to make informed recruitment decisions.

Required Qualifications

  1. Education. Full-time MBA in HR or related field.
  2. Experience. Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in hiring leadership roles.
  3. Recruitment Skills. Proven experience in recruiting for leadership positions, with expertise in executive search and stakeholder management.
  4. Communication & Negotiation. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to work with senior management and candidates.
  5. Individual Contributor. Ability to work independently while managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
