Job Description

As an Outsourcing Delivery Associate at S&P Global Market Intelligence, you'll become a key player in our Solutions Operations team. This role focuses on managing and enhancing our portfolio management, administration, reporting, and analysis services for leveraged loans, private equity, and high-yield solutions. You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of daily operations, adapting to evolving client needs, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Trade Settlement Processing. Handle trade settlements in WSO Admin, including new borrowings, increases, rollovers, paydowns, and commitment reductions, ensuring adherence to accuracy standards.
  2. Activity and Deal Management. Oversee the processing and quality checking of daily activities, new deal closings, restructures, and amendments across various asset types (Loans, Bonds, ABS, Equities, CDS).
  3. Queue and Work Allocation. Manage the distribution of work based on resource availability, ensuring timely and efficient task completion.
  4. Innovative Problem-Solving. Leverage creativity to enhance solutions beyond existing tools, address transactional queries, and make key decisions independently.
  5. Data Management. Handle complex, disparate data sources with a detail-oriented approach and strong quality governance.

Qualifications

  1. Experience. Minimum of 5 years in Syndicated Loans and WSO platforms, with domain knowledge of LSTA loan markets. Financial market knowledge is a plus.
  2. Skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and task-driven work ethic. Ability to manage processes independently and effectively.
