Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager, you will leverage your expertise in digital media sales and client relations to help shape and execute strategies that drive success for our key clients. Your role will be pivotal in managing relationships, optimizing digital advertising solutions, and delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics. Provide top-tier client service and strategic guidance tailored to their needs.
  2. Strategic Planning. Develop and present strategic advertising solutions that align with client goals. Utilize Google’s suite of advertising products to deliver targeted and effective campaigns that meet their marketing objectives.
  3. Project Management. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects. Manage multiple priorities and ensure efficient workflow across teams.
  4. Data-Driven Insights. Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses to offer consultative recommendations. Identify high-impact opportunities and provide actionable insights to clients.
  5. Product Expertise. Develop a deep understanding of Google Advertising products, including Google Ads, Display and Video 360, Search Ads 360, and YouTube. Use this knowledge to tailor solutions that address a wide range of marketing needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media sales, digital advertising, or digital marketing; or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Proven experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer-facing consulting or business roles.
  • Expertise in optimizing and troubleshooting digital advertising products or services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Display and Video 360, Search Ads 360, YouTube, or similar digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital media buying and promotion processes.
  • Experience in project management within complex, matrixed organizations.
