We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching team members on Agile principles, and ensuring smooth project and release delivery. Your expertise will be essential in tracking team progress, removing impediments, and producing valuable Agile metrics and reports.

Must-Have Skills

1. Scrum Master Experience. Proven experience as a Scrum Master, demonstrating strong leadership and facilitation skills.
2. Agile Methodologies. Deep understanding of Scrum (primary) and Kanban methodologies.
3. Facilitation of Agile Ceremonies. Proficiency in facilitating key Scrum ceremonies, including Backlog Grooming, Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Retrospectives, and other Agile events. Adept at removing impediments to ensure the team’s progress.
4. Agile Metrics & Reporting. Hands-on experience in generating Agile metrics and reports to track team and release progress.
5. Project Management Tools. Practical experience using Azure DevOps (ADO), GCP, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project, or other project management platforms.
6. Project and Release Delivery. Expert knowledge of project and release delivery management principles and techniques.
7. Agile Coaching. Demonstrated ability to coach team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Good to Have

1. Waterfall and SAFe Experience. Familiarity with Waterfall methodologies and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus.
2. Mortgage Industry Knowledge. Understanding of Mortgage Originations or Mortgage Servicing is advantageous.
3. Certifications. PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
