Job Description

As a Senior Manager in SAP Project/Program Delivery, you will lead complex SAP transformation programs, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee the delivery of SAP solutions. Your role will involve engaging with senior executives, setting up governance structures, and ensuring successful project execution aligned with client objectives and Accenture's best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their business priorities and aligning Accenture's expertise accordingly.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and solutions to address clients' business challenges and drive value.
  • Establish and lead effective governance and program management processes, managing deliverables, schedules, resources, and costs.
  • Develop integrated project plans, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.
  • Deep-dive into problem areas, developing corrective action and mitigation plans to resolve issues.
  • Oversee and manage SAP project teams, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and strategies.
  • Support your team during critical periods and encourage effective collaboration across functional and technical workstreams.
  • Utilize your deep knowledge of S/4HANA and other SAP products (e.g., SuccessFactors, Concur, Ariba) to ensure comprehensive solutions and roadmaps.
  • Stay current on SAP innovations, methodologies, tooling, and best practices to enhance delivery capabilities.

Travel

  • Travel may be required depending on business needs and client requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing and delivering complex SAP programs.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of SAP resources in a Global delivery model, preferably in an Agile or Hybrid environment.
  • 5+ years of experience with S/4HANA and/or SAP Ecosystem Applications (e.g., SuccessFactors, Ariba).
  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, effectively communicating project/program status, risks, and mitigations.
  • Experience in a consulting/advisory role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); Associate’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience.

Compensation

  • Compensation varies based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience. For Seattle, WA, the range is $139,600 to $309,900.
